I really love the top photo, too. It was taken at the Twentynine Palms Inn, in one of their "cabins"- this one is actually an old adobe home called Irene's Adobe. Tomory and I are getting married there in May.
The boots belong to my friends (from L-R) Johanna, Tim, and Tomory.
The dog lives in the organic garden at the Twentynine Palms Inn.
The fennel grows all over my back yard (lady bugs love it).
