...around Lake Staz with Tomory & Monica on the outskirts of St. Moritz, on the day before we returned to Zurich. We made a 20-30 minute hike to the restaurant of the Hotel Lej da Staz for lunch. I had Gluhwein, Gerstensuppe, a salad of various lettuces, thinly sliced roast beef dressed in an onion vinagrette, and a slice flourless chocolate torte (I ate a lot on this trip! I did split the salad & torte with Monica and Tomory). We then hiked back to our car after lunch and drove into St. Moritz itself and visited the small but lovely Segantini Museum.

That landscape...wow. It must have been so awesome to stand (and walk) in those meadows and beside such huge mountains... and brrrr so ccold for you two Los Angelinos!
