The Happy Radish

From backyard to the table:
Radishes! We thought our radishes were a failure- but they actually turned out great- we just needed to give them a bit more water. They were spicy- which is good- I hate radishes that are mild & watery.
Last night we made Thai Beef Salad (I added our radishes to the recipe, substituted butter lettuce for the sprouts, and we grilled the steak outdoors) with Jeana and Bo's tofu served over rice.
