Rachel Comey Navigator Dress

I've been searching the internet for this dress since I saw images of it from Rachel Comey's SP 2010 Show. It's such a stunning print, I'd been wondering why I hadn't found it anywhere until now.

I discovered today: It's over $1,000.

Oh. That's why.
Disappointed I won't be adding this one to my wardrobe, but doesn't the print remind you of these Wiener Werkstatte textile designs?

    SO gorgeous! Before I read the text I thought this was your latest creation... it seems right up your alley. Why must the designers taunt us with such loveliness?
    I'm a major fan of the Weiner Werkstatte. The patterns really do seem very much of that style. *sigh!*

    Yeah, I really want to step my textile design up a couple notches, and Rachel Comey is a complete inspiration. Love to do some hand screened registered multi-color pieces. For fall perhaps!

    But Damn! A thousand dollars?? I can't justify spending that (and believe me, I've been trying to come up with reasons to justify it).

    so nice!! always love her collection. always like her print but i think i won't look good on her clothes,.
    it will be super nice if she has a line of fabric......and i hope it won't be that pricey as her clothing line.
