i wish i could come over! i love quince. my mom has a bush in the garden and sometimes make jam from it. love it! and these photos sure do make it look as delicious as i remember :)
Jane- yes- Membrillo- although, Tomory's version is the only one I've tasted...yet to compare it to an authentic Spanish one. Enjoying your blog!!
