Above: A fun, fun evening of Raclette at Gian & Sandra's last night. You melt cheese. Cook veggies, pancetta, and pile it on cooked potatoes. You eat it with paprika, cornichons, and lots of wine and kirsch. Boy, was I tired at work today.
